The 295 Burlington Business Center is a mixed-use complex located at the intersection of Exit 5 of the New Jersey Turnpike and Interchange 47 of I-295.

This 77-acre site is ideal for light manufacturing, R&D, warehouse and distribution use, high tech or office space. A number of sites-to-be-built are still available in the park. These include two buildings comprising 84,000 square feet and 110,000 square feet, both of which can be combined into a single, larger facility. Additionally, Eastman Management Corp. has designed and plans to begin construction in the near future on a 52,000 square foot building and a 27,000 square foot building, both in the Burlington Business Center.
