By taking a project from the conceptual and planning stage through completion as a Design/Build Contractor, we can assure the client of the continuity that is so important to its ultimate success. Our professional in- house team is complemented by experienced architectural and engineering firms that offer an in-depth knowledge of the client's particular project. Because we are involved from the beginning, we are able to eliminate problems before they surface and effectively combat those that may be unforeseen during the course of construction. This allows us to schedule more effectively, providing a failsafe to insure that the original design and budget are closely followed.

Examples of our Design/Build projects include:

• Central Paper, Newark, NJ - Working in conjunction with the leading architect, Eastman constructed a state-of-the-art warehousing facility with automated retrieval systems.
  
  
• Cardinal International Distributor of Glassware, Wayne, NJ - A team of architects and engineers, hired by Eastman, joined our construction team and built the facility for an array of professional tenants and architects.
