This 50,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility underwent a complete renovation, including installation of all new electrical, HVAC, sprinkler, and plumbing systems, for a global leader in healthcare and pharmaceutical products. The renovation also included a new building exterior, featuring a large atrium, ribbon butt-glazed windows, and a façade with the client’s logo. All of these renovations yielded modern and flexible office space, laboratories and an assembly area. |

Eastman recently completed work as a Construction Manager on Building 100 at the 295 Burlington Business Center, an industrial park in Burlington, NJ. Building 100 included 28 foot clear ceiling heights, extensive loading and drive-in facilities and 100% EFSR sprinkler system, and tenant areas built to the client's specifications. |

This 100,000 square foot project was comprised of office, showroom and warehouse space for one of the largest glassware importers. The facade had extensive use of marble clad panels used to highlight the high quality of the product of this importer. |

For this 80,000 square foot specialty warehouse, a one-foot thick reinforced concrete floor was used for automated paper storage with heights reaching ninety feet. The site work was performed on a previous landfill/dump site. The project required affirmative action quotas common on urban and government programs. |
