This 385,000 square foot headquarters costing $42,000,000 was completed in just 11 months and included extensive cafeterias for staff and executives, parking garages, computer facilities, a 200 seat auditorium with a full compliment of audio/visual services, and a fitness and medical center. |

Built for a bank branch and offices, this facility on less than ½ acre was built into a hillside. With limited access during construction, deliveries and installation were tightly coordinated and scheduled to minimize disruption to the downtown shopping area. The building is constructed with a parking garage under the office space. |

All lobbies were completed in fully occupied and operational facilities during normal business hours. |
