Eisenhower Plaza office facility in Livingston

Livingston, NJ
Peter Schofel, President of Eastman Companies, the
Livingston-based development-management organization that
owns and is the on-site manager for the 160,000 square foot
Eisenhower Plaza office facility in Livingston, New Jersey, this
week announced six lease signings totaling more than 35,000
square feet of prime office space in the two-building Class A
complex. The transactions involved two new tenants and four
existing tenants who renewed their leases and expanded and, in
some cases, relocated their existing facilities.
According to Eric J. Maurer, Eastman Companies' Director of
Leasing, these transactions represent an unqualified vote of
confidence in the property. "We are truly delighted that these
prestigious corporate and professional tenants have opted to
move to or remain and expand within Eisenhower Plaza," he said.
"It is our feeling that the leasing activity in this exceptional
office facility goes beyond our own backyard and bodes well for
the northern New Jersey commercial office market in the months
ahead."
The lease renewals and space expansions at 354
Eisenhower Parkway involved the law firm of Stein McGuire
Pantages & Gigi, LLP, a company that has been a tenant in the
building since 1985; and Becker Meisel LLC, another long-time
Eisenhower Plaza tenant. Stein McGuire Pantages & Gigi
expanded its office facilities to 12,500 square feet, while Becker
Meisel signed a 10,000 square foot renewal/relocation long
term lease within the facility. Marc Trevisan, now affiliated with
Cushman & Wakefield, Sean Morley and Gregg Baillie of CB
Richard Ellis represented Stein McGuire Pantages & Gigi, LLP;
J.C. Giordano of Jones Lang LaSalle's Parsippany office was the
broker representing Becker Meisel LLC. Principals of both
professional companies cited Eisenhower Plaza's exceptional
office environment and its strategic location as principal reasons
for the decision to expand within the existing facility.
Complementing the Stein McGuire Pantages & Gigi and
Becker Meisel transactions were renewals and expansions by
two long-time tenants of Eisenhower Plaza: Aronson &
Fernandez, attorneys at law, and .New Jersey Life & Casualty
Company. Tenants since 1991, New Jersey Life & Casualty
renewed its lease for headquarters and insurance operations
space in the Livingston facility, and was represented in the
transaction by Bryn Cinque of First Service Williams of
Parsippany.
Rounding out this spate of leasing activity were new leases
for prime office space involving Maximum Subrogation &
Recovery Services, LLP, a first-time Eisenhower Plaza tenant, and
ProTel Consulting, Inc., a telephone technology firm that moved
into new space in the Livingston facility. Iris Borger of Sperry
Van Ness represented ProTel. Jones Lang LaSalle's Fred Hyatt
represented ownership in the Pro Tel Consulting and the
Maximum Subrogation & Recovery Services transactions.
Boasting many of the finest blue chip professional and
corporate names in the region, the facility's tenants have
continually expressed their loyalty by staying with and
expanding within the complex. "No doubt, high among the
most compelling reasons for the confidence exhibited in the
Eisenhower Plaza complex are the desirable state-of-the-art
amenities that are so vital to doing business in today's highly
technical and complex business environment," said Mr. Maurer
who pointed to Eisenhower Plaza's full-service, on-site cafe,
wired fiber optics, exceptional on-site parking, and strategic
location as its highlighted features. Located less than 1.5 miles
from Route I-280 and offering one of the area's most
prestigious and strategic addresses, Eisenhower Plaza is in close
proximity to the Livingston Route 10 Circle, I-287, and the
Garden State Parkway, reflecting convenience and accessibility
to local shopping and professional services, seats of
government, and important surrounding markets. Limited space
remains available.
