- The Big Top - Cole Brothers Circus - raised again for the 10th time
in Livingston this past Memorial Day Weekend. All circus proceeds
are donated to the Livingston Youth Group - Healthy Community
Healthy Youth.
- Eisenhower Corporate Campus welcomes Corenet Global, the
Governor's Blue Ribbon Committee and Jerry Zaro, Chief of NJ
Office of Economic Growth on October 1, 2009.
- Eastman's new development on Rt. 10, Livingston, NJ - Capital One

- New Tenants announced at Livingston Town Center- Imperial Foods

- Pathmark rebrands its Lyons Plaza store in a new format center is a
huge success as reported in various newspaper and media sources.
- Florham Park Medical Center located on Hanover Road in Florham
Park reaches 50% leased. Tenants includes Florham Park Surgery
Center, Advanced Laparoscopic, Banding Centers and Total
Healthcare.
- Eastman Management Corp was a NAIOP 2009 Economic Impact
and Creative Deal of the Year Finalist for the recapitalization and
leasing of Eisenhower Corporate Campus.
- New leases announced at Livingston Town Center -
Elle Squared and Shiseido.
- 83 Hanover Road rebranded as Florham Park Medical Center as re-zoning becomes
official.
- New leases totaling 35,000+ square feet announced at Eisenhower Plaza.
- Regent Park (formerly known as Regent Street Office Park) rolls out
new signage program
- New leases at Regent Park totaling 9,600 square feet including a
3,600 sq ft renewal.
